Do you handle after-hours emergencies?
Sploot Highlands is open 8am–8pm, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays — same-day urgent care is available during those hours. We do not offer overnight 24-hour critical care. If your pet needs after-hours emergency care, we'll help coordinate the right specialty hospital or ER, and we can follow up with your pet the next morning.
Do I need a SplootPack membership to be seen?
No — membership is optional and anyone can book a visit at Sploot Highlands. SplootPack is available for pet parents who want bundled wellness exams, vaccines, and discounts on services year-round.
Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes. We don't bill insurance directly, but we provide itemized invoices that you can submit to any major pet insurance carrier (Trupanion, Healthy Paws, Nationwide, ASPCA, Lemonade, and more) for reimbursement. Payment is collected at the visit — we accept all major cards, HSA/FSA, and CareCredit.
