Is the Sploot app free?
Yes — completely free for current Sploot clients. No subscription and no in-app fees.
Do I need to be a Sploot client to use the app?
The app is built for active Sploot clients. If you haven't been in yet, book a first visit — your app account is created automatically.
Can I order prescriptions through the app?
Yes — SplootRx, our in-house pharmacy, lives inside the app. Refill an active prescription in two taps, request a new one, or stock up on preventives, and we'll ship it straight to your door.
Which devices are supported?
iOS 15+ and Android 8+. The app is published on the App Store and Google Play and works on iPhone, iPad, and most Android phones and tablets.
Can my partner share access to our pet's account?
Yes — invite a co-parent from the Account tab. They'll get their own login that shares the same pets, plans, and records.
I'm having trouble signing in. What should I do?
Use the phone number you gave us at check-in. If your number has changed, give us a call at (720) 770-8656 and we'll update it.
